The course is self-paced with immediate access. However, it’s recommended to follow the suggested schedule over 3 weeks.
Nope! This course is designed for beginners and is especially supportive for those who may not have been to therapy before OR for those who tried therapy, but didn't get what they needed from it.
The course is trauma-informed and created with high sensitivity and nervous system safety in mind. Always go at your own pace.
You will have 12 months of access to all course materials. If you join the premium plan, you will be invited to the 90 minute group coaching call live; however, if you are unable to attend live or wish to revisit the session, all premium plan members will have access to the recording of the coaching call for 12 months as well.
